Be informed that Who decreed distress, debts and anxiety upon you, is the same who taught you the recitation of the supplication of relieving distress so that you could be protected against these forms of distress before falling and to relieve them when they take place and to release debts after being insolvent...

Therefore, start just right now reciting them while your heart is deep in love with the magnificence and majesty of these words...

Having great faith that your distress cannot be removed except with the help of Allah...

Bring your heart and tongue together while reciting them and never think that the relief of your distress is beyond Allah might.

Recite them and your distress will be something of the past...

Recite them and wait the instant relief of any distress - Allah willing

Make your distress in one hand and the words of Allah in the other...

And think...would anything weigh the words of Allah or frustrate them?!
